Burj Najma is a mixed-use tower within the Business Bay district of Dubai along the banks of the Dubai Water Canal.

The tower’s footprint is minimized at the ground plane to allow for increased public amenity space along the waterfront. Hotel program occupies the larger floor plates towards the bottom of the tower, while residential suites rise to the top of the tower. A rooftop deck space includes a pool and lounge area for residents.

The facade features pleating that responds to solar orientation to reduce direct solar gain on the east, south, and west facades.
